HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Click the “BUY NOW” button on the Product Page.

For items with selection, select from the drop down menu then click the “BUY NOW” button.
Check the items in your Cart then click “PROCESS MY ORDER
Complete your order by encoding your contact information and shipping address.
Click “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT” then “COMPLETE ORDER”.
You will receive a confirmation either via your email or your mobile number. 

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

If you provided a valid mobile number during the Checkout process, you will receive an SMS after your order was placed.  A tracking number for your order will also be provided. The tracking number will be sent 24-48 hours via 3rd party logistics.

 

I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We offer payment via bank transfer, GCASH and Cash on Delivery nationwide.

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Outside Metro Manila: 4-7 business days
 
Business days do not include Sundays and Holidays.
No shipping on Sundays and Holidays.
 
We are not responsible for any delays the courier may cause.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ORDER I RECEIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please call our contact center or email us if you experience any of the following problems:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The order is incomplete.
  • I received a product that I did not order.


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please send us the receipt or order number to support@rosmarproductsonlinestore.com  

We will refund or replace the item if the following conditions were met:

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • Item is not physically scratched.
  • Item was not damaged.
  • Item has factory defect.

WHY MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED ON THE GIVEN TIMEFRAME?

There are instances where the delivery time takes more than we stated, this is because of the following (but not limited to) reasons.

Incorrect Address. 
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Illegible Shipping Label.
In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.

Failed Delivery Attempts.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts of failed delivery, it will be marked as undelivered then the package will be returned to us.

 

WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND STORE DOESN’T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?

While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items.
